AFRICAN CULTURE AND CHEMISTRY TEACHING: STUDY ON TEACHING TRAINING

Abstract
The research was carried out in the college of application of the Federal University of Goiás (CEPAE), in a class of accessory discipline called Experimental Chemistry. The results showed that it is possible to implement the law by experimenting with teaching chemistry, valuing the African legacy to science and technology. As professors of Chemistry, we defend that the operationalization of Law 10.639/03, from the African diaspora, to identify, through historical facts, the influence of the sugarcane cycle on the discovery and economic development of Portuguese America (Colonial Brazil) to the present day. In this work, we will present the analysis of the pedagogical intervention (PI) entitled "Study of the sugarcane cycle and the experimental production of rapadura, brown sugar and cachaça".
