THE VACANCIES RESERVATION SYSTEM AT UEFS: A NARRATIVE ABOUT THE FIRST 10 YEARS

Abstract
Through this text, we propose an analysis about the implementation of the reservation of vacancies at Uefs in two different periods and we articulate brief considerations about the result of the first ten years. This analysis is about the implementation of the reservation of vacancies starting from the 2007.1 selection process. Therefore, we appealed to the institutional documentation and contextualized with the relevant bibliography, adopting a qualitative methodology for analysis. We started introducing the context, the subjects and instances involved in the discussions to the first resolution; then, the Consu’s deliberations expressed in the Resolução Consu 034/2006. We proceed by presenting considerations about the results of the ten-year system reservation of vacancies, the consolidation of the affirmative actions at Uefs and we conclude by contextualizing the elaboration process of the second resolution, the Resolução Consu 10/2019.
