racial profile and the management of diversity in the labor market: a study of three organizations in Vilhena-Ro
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to discuss how black participation is established in three different segment organizations in the municipality of Vilhena-RO. The data were collected through forms applied to the employees of these organizations in order to understand how race/color is distributed in relation to the positions and functions within the investigated organizations. It was concluded that the racial profile of the workers of these organizations has its own characteristics when compared to national surveys, who do not practice diversity management and who need to expand their affirmative actions for the insertion and expansion of blacks in their staff.
