Abstract
This article discusses the preliminary results of a data collection in 2013 on the implementation of aart. 26-A from LDB 9394/96, as amended by Law 10.639/2003, in the public school system of the Federal District (DF), the Cediv (SEEDF). By Google docs platform were sent 651 questionnaires to all schools of the Federal District, having returned 363 (55%). The results revealed a fragile formation in relation to the racial issue. With the diagnosis, was built a project in partnership Geppherg/UNB, Cediv/SEEDF and NEAB/UNB; trying to approach higher education and basic education; deepen the possibility of practice-theory-practice reflection as much for UnB students as teachers of the public schools of the Federal District and the University of Brasilia.
