O Cyberbullying escolar e a ofensa do direito a honra: A Justiça Restaurativa como forma de solução de conflitos

Abstract
The present study has as its object of study school cyberbullying, in addition, it aims to analyze and understand this social phenomenon, as well as to verify whether the application of a new way of coping with this type of school violence is capable of providing the aggressors with responsibility, repairing damage and restoring victims and reinserting these social actors in a dignified way into the school social space. This research is justified since after the virtualization of education, the practices of violence migrated to the virtual in a massive way, making recurrent violations committed by children and adolescents in this field. contributes to the non-recurrence of the aggressor and promotes the participation of both parties in the decision-making process, this results in the responsibility of the aggressor, reparation of the victim and social reintegration of both.
