THE LAW 10.639/03 AND THE TEACHER TRAINING: TRAJECTORY AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
Rethink the old and reveal the new. Break the silence. Inquire and announce the news that are offered and available to us is part of the reflective-action of the intellectual and a duty to the real exercise of the educator, as teach Paulo Freire. Thus, our intention in this article is to promote a reflection about the principles, advances and prospects in the governmental public policies that seek the improvement of quality education and enforcement of its legislation. We discuss here particularly the Public Policies on Affirmative Action that was accomplished through de deploying and implementation of its legal input, in our case the Law 10.639/03, and its implications, relations and specifics proposals to teacher training.
