REFLECTIONS OF RACIAL INEQUALITIES: SLAVERY AS AN INSTITUTION AND THE PRECARIZATION OF CONTEMPORARY WORK

Abstract
This article proposes a discussion about the recent processes of flexibilization and precarization of work, paying attention to the particularity of the black population, whose experiences of vulnerability are accentuated. In this way, slavery as a social institution is recovered to demarcate the historical conditions for maintaining this vulnerability, since this process marks social practices in a structuring way.
