Abstract
A ciência produzida na academia e as práticas da cultura africana e afro-brasileira historicamente são negadas e invisibilizadas. Nesse sentido é necessário que se estabeleça uma efetiva relação entre ciência, tecnologia e sociedade afim de que os laços sejam estreitados e os saberes que circulam e nos constitui enquanto sujeitos sociais possam dar voz a estes saberes culturais dando espaço a cosmogonia que professamos como povo negro.
