Abstract

In this article, we rely on some thoughts that go through the paths of philosophy, history and the recent debates on the status of what can be propagated in the connection’s culture. Here, the file notion (in the way it was thought by authors such as Joseph Ki-Zerbo and Michel Foucault) is fundamental, as it aims to demonstrate that the organization of the said runs a selective trajectory that cannot always put into play knowledge historically silenced or lowered. Although the Internet has made possible an unprecedented access to various forms of production of knowledge, persist, in the intricate web of languages and codes, flows that command information from hegemonic discourses. The discussion that puts on the scene, part from a convergent trajectory, double-sided: adopts the reflections of thinkers and black thinkers, such as Sueli Carneiro, Mundinha Araujo and Edson Cardoso, with regard to the construction and visibility of the African and African-Brazilian heritage to tension the plural universe, inhabited by several languages, of the digital spaces.
