POLÍTICAS EDUCACIONAIS E AÇÕES AFIRMATIVAS NO AMAPÁ: O PROGRAMA AMAPÁ AFRO

Abstract
The article aims to discuss educational policies and affirmative action in Amapá, through the African Amapá program created in 2010 by State Law No. 1,519 / 2010. The program was in Amapá educational setting, announcing actions that have as their purpose the implementation of Federal Law No. 10.639 / 2003. The text is part of the Master's thesis submitted in 2014 to the Graduate Program in Environmental Law and Public Policy at the Federal University of Amapá (UNIFAP). This is the result of an exploratory qualitative study which adopted the literature review, document analysis and interviews as a way to research. The analysis of the program showed a strong tendency that such a job offer has been made much more like a political purpose of government strategy of setting national and global policies.
