Main Article Content
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic highlighted socioeconomic inequalities in the state of Paraná, with black and poor women being the most affected, a fact that affected the social and economic pillar of sustainability, and distanced the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs) from reducing social and gender inequalities. The objective of this research is to analyze the labor market in the State of Paraná for black women, especially regarding the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. It is a qualitative and descriptive research, with statistical data analysis. The results showed the worsening of the situation of black women in the labor market. To reverse the scenario and achieve the SDGs, it is necessary to invest in public policies of social and economic equity.
