Abstract
For decades, rich countries have dumped their hazardous waste in poorer countries. However, the current analyzis usually ignores the racial and colonial dimensions of this issue. Therefore, this article aims to reflect on environmental racism as a global environmental geopolitics of the environmentally toxic neocolonial capitalism present in the disposal of European and US hazardous waste in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Finally, human rights denial as part of this geopolitics that produces international garbage dump is considered.
