PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES: CHILD ART/EDUCATION FROM THE ETHNIC-RACIAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
We present the qualitative results of the pedagogical intervention project: African Play and Literature in the School Environment, developed by academics from the Pedagogy course at Unifap. It is a didactic-pedagogical activity of the curricular component: Theory and Practice of Art Teaching, held at the Municipal Nursery Nosso Cantinho do Amor, focusing on the ethnic-racial theme and on the training of basic education teachers, with art / education as a theoretical, methodological, creative and strategic foundation for the applicability of federal law No. 10,639 / 03, in early childhood education. We highlight the importance of the professional development of pedagogical academics, around educational practices for teaching art / education and combating racism, discrimination and racial prejudice in a school environment.
