ADMINISTRATION OF TERREIRO COMMUNITIES FROM AFRICAN MATRIX RELIGIONS: EPISTEMOLOGICAL ELEMENTS FOR DEBATE OF AN AFRO-CENTERED INSTITUTIONALIZATION

Abstract
The goal of this paper is to present epistemological elements for the construction of an afro-centered knowledge concerning the Terreiros administration and resource management relating to it. The importance of this issue is given in terms of the interest of researchers of the area usually only refer to anthropology, sociology and theology, without going into management theory. From a literature review about constructs linked to religiosity of African origin, administration and Afrocentricity, are outlined panoramas and concepts of this intersection. Also is preliminarily designed the afro-centered administration concept. Finally, there is a critical evaluation of the subject and completion, bringing ideas and suggesting new research proposals.
