Abstract

The question that generates this article is about the confrontations assumed by the Black Movement of Brazil and the advances reached by the groups of intellectuals-militants in the beginning of the 21st century. The starting point is that the university has been a space of reference to dispute other meanings of a country project, of propositions that aim at the conformation of another locus based on the interculturality experienced in the struggles of its social bases but which flow into the spaces of legitimation knowledge and knowledge essential to your agenda. With activist theorization (Hooks) I understand displacement and its insurgency going beyond an anti-racist agenda since the Afro-descendant presence is uncomfortable to the point of destabilizing the university status quo and promoting exemplarity in terms of social justice.
