Abstract
Black women are stereotyped and undervalued in the history of Brazil, as a result of the force of subordination systems have played throughout history. Those ultimately influence the interpretations on their social participation. The article below provides some suggestions for further analysis of the trajectory of black women in Brazil, based on the assumption of their protagonist role and creative capacity.
