Abstract

In this article, I present some discussions inspired by the questions posed by philosophy (and the questioning of philosophical theories) that may be important for building a critical knowledge about racial issues. I discuss the criticism of instrumental rationality and the criticism of knowledge focused only on Euro-centric categories of thinking. As an alternative to that, I propose to build new ways of thinking focused on the appreciation of diversity.
