Abstract
He is a black man who has majored in Physical Education at the State University of Montes Claros (UNIMONTES) and History at ISEIB College (ISEIB). He is taking a post-graduation course on Public Policies whose focuses are on Race and Gender at the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP) and on Participatory Democracy, Republic and Social Movements at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He is also taking the Master’s Degree in Race and Ethnic Relations at the Federal Center for the Technological Education Celso Suckow – Rio de Janeiro (CEFET/RJ).
