Abstract
A colonialidade do poder/saber/ser contribuiu para a construção do que é ser humano para os direitos humanos, sobretudo pelos seus aspectos excludentes revestidos de universalidade. A partir da revisão bibliográfica e da metodologia dialógica, este trabalho responde: como as interseccionalidades colaboram com a desarticulação dos fundamentos do não-ser para os direitos humanos? O resultado da pesquisa aponta para a importância do desenvolvimento da interseccionalidade como uma teoria social crítica para disputar, e principalmente combater a narrativa acadêmica branca cisheteronormativa e universal dos direitos humanos. A utilização da interseccionalidade, a partir de um viés decolonial, traz à tona outras humanidades que historicamente reivindicam o reconhecimento de suas existências e são fundamentais para possibilitar uma efetiva garantia de direitos humanos.
