Abstract

This article examines the socio-historical conditions of production and atopic units in speech Irene no Céu, written by Manuel Bandeira in Brazilian modernism. Affiliated to Speech Analysis of French line, we consider that the discourse of our interest is constituted through a interdiscursive network which enables the presence of the atopic race speech, and this, on the other hand, configures an image of the black, built by white, which makes sense effects of inequality in the social space and culturally influences the hierarchical submission of this subject. In this sense, we propose to identify the role of interdiscourse and  atopic units in literary discourse.
