“BLACK BRAZILIAN CINEMA”: STORIES, CONCEPT AND PANORAMA OF A CINEMATOGRAPHIC MOVEMENT

Abstract
The article investigates the aesthetic conceptualization of the Brazilian Black Cinema movement. From the analysis of texts by film producers and critics, he understands the centrality of Zózimo Bulbul's production and maps the concept of black cinema, presenting its various shifts in Brazilian film criticism. Throughout the article, the centrality of the notion of black authorship and experience in the structure of the Brazilian Black Cinema movement is identified.
