Abstract
The work of the book Racismo Recreativo by the author, lawyer, Doctor of Law, Adilson Moreira is part of the volume of the Feminismos Plurales collection, for the first time, the relationship between racism and humor is deepened. From a legal point of view, the author scrutinizes the concepts of racism and racial injury, explaining the racist bias of Brazilian Justice when it sentences that cultural productions, such as humorous programs, that reproduce racial stereotypes are not discriminatory because they promote people's relaxation.
