DIVERSITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF BRASILIA: A BRIEF MAPPING OF THE BLACK STRUGGLE

Abstract
This article seeks to biefly recall events that resulted in the adoption of racial quotas by the University of Brasilia. It is an interpretation of episodes that preceded and followed the implementation of this specific policy, trying to stablish correlations among the facts. The text also highlights recent issues, which show that, even with recognition of the Supreme Court, racial quotas remained often threatened.
