KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER IN POPULAR CULTURE OF AFRICAN MATRICES

Abstract
This article deals with the forms of transfer of knowledge built in the world of popular culture, using orality. Orality is a fundamental mark in the comprehension of African cultures. It is a direct legacy of African culture in Brazil, which turns into communicative force when verbalized. Are presented here narratives strata built from the perspective of understanding the history of blacks in Brazil, as well the use of popular music as a teaching methodology and transmission of knowledge. Through narratives and music, it communicates the history, experience, values, knowledge and skills. All these realities are expressed in black corporeality, in their speeches, dances, songs and rituals. The knowledge communicated by this African legacy found in many types of wheels fruitful space for sharing ancestral heritage.
