Black men in times of COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract
This article aims to analyse the dynamics that COVID-19 pandemic may have changed regarding self-care of black men in Brazil through the data collection of several researches and epidemiological newsletters. The pandemic moment shows the dynamics of updating of community social networks towards the delicate moment, the governamental abandonment and the historical inequalities deployed in the formation of Brazilian society. To accomplish the aim of this analysis the characteristics of the group “brazilian black men” were observed, even though internally this group is heterogeneous and surrounded by diferences among themselves. The observation of legal documents such as Men Health Comprehensive Attention National Policy – PNAIS and the National Policy for the Integrative Health of the Black Population – PNSIPN, also will support to understand whether the current legislation is fulfilling its objectives in the composition of a society of rights.
