READING DELIGHT, EDUCACION OF ETHNIC-RACIAL RELATIONS IN THE EARLY YEARS DURING REMOTE TEACHING

Abstract

This article is the result of a didactic sequence carried out, in June and July 2020, during the activities of remote education, in a elementary school , resulting from the partnership between a 3rd year teacher and the school coordinator using the book "Cada um com seu jeito, cada  jeito é de um".  This study aimed to introduce knowledge about the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations and the teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture through reading delight. For the development of this sequence, the strategies adopted were: reading delight, sets of conversation and interdisciplinary activities. As a result, significant advances in reading education were observed, an increase in self-esteem through the affirmation of identities and also the need of works contemplating the theme throughout elementary school.
